Good Chi Yoga is a different kind of yoga studio. We're dedicated to making various levels of yoga available to everyone. Our classes are small and each student is encouraged to explore the true meaning of yoga in their own body, mind and spirit.
We offer classes, courses, and workshops that shed light on the interpreting and incorporating the nature of yoga with all other aspects of life. We welcome your questions, feedback and insights as you and we evolve.

Barbara is here to help inspire both you and your practice. I offer one group class on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am and private classes or small group classes at your convenience.
Barbara has been an avid yoga practitioner since 2000 and has been teaching for over 12 years. She completed her 200 hour teacher training with Yoga Fit and her yoga therapist training with Jnani Chapman. She specializes in working with people with cancer and chronic disease. She believes that everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga no matter their age or physical condition
